Born in France and fluent in English, I have been taught by some of the best strategic educators and began my professional training with Ernst & Young in Paris to become a strategic trainer.

I spent the last 20 years working with people and organizations to help them deal with change, solve problems, develop their people and move their businesses forward. I have worked with individuals, family businesses, large international companies, Fortune 500 organizations and non-profits. The variety has been one of the best parts of what I do. It has also taught me not to arrive with a ready-made answer.

I am also a Certified Mediator, and much of what I do comes down to the same thing: getting people talking, asking the right questions and ensuring that the implementation phase takes place smoothly with everyone’s buy-in.
